Kym Illman is an Australian entrepreneur who founded Canity in 2015 with the aim of providing time-poor business owners and their teams an effective and affordable way to boost their customer service skills. Kym toured Australia and Asia lecturing on customer service at the request of his Messages On Hold customers who wanted their teams to match his level of customer service. After realising he couldn’t get to every client throughout Asia Kym channelled his knowledge into short, practical, easy to understand micro video lessons.
